An innocent woman is shot during a robbery in her home. She survives the attack but falls into a coma and is on life support – only she knows what happened, as she saw the gunmen and overheard their plans to assassinate members of the Royal Family.
The assailants assume she’s dead, but later find out she is in the hospital and try to kill her there. It quickly becomes clear that there are more questions than answers about who is truly in control, and the matter escalates to the highest levels of government.
Can DCI Acton, assisted by private investigators, prevent another assassination from taking place?

The Fly Past Murders immerses readers in a world where the opulence of Oak Walk collides with the historic honour of New Scotland Yard...
Professor Emerson Noble has it all: a loving wife, successful children, a promising career as a world-famous orthopedic surgeon...
Keith knows all about bouncing back. He lost both of his parents when he was just 20, yet still went on to create and run a highly successful building surveying company. He is married and lives with his wife Karen in Hertfordshire. He has two children, two grandchildren and three step-children. He is still working as a full time building surveyor, yet somehow finds time to write at weekends. His hobbies, apart from writing, include playing and watching cricket, watching football, going to the theatre and dining out. He also likes to relax at home with his wife. His first book, “Revenge Is Better Than Murder” was based on a recurring dream he had. He wrote down the dream and continued writing. His second book, “The Fly Past Murders” came about whilst watching the recent Platinum Jubilee of the late Queen Elizabeth II. He is currently working on his third novel. He is building the character of the main police detectives whilst many of the characters appear in all of his books.

I like the author’s narrative style of writing. The description/introduction of characters and events happening are easy to follow. I was intrigued from the beginning to find out how it all related to the opening scene with the murder.

Fantastic! Couldn’t put it down. Great way to spend my Sunday. Finished in one day
This latest novel from Keith Pulver is one of the best reads I have had in sometime, lively subject matter, distracting events going on around the main storyline, all add to the dynamics here. I highly recommend this for serious crime fans. Great story telling I can’t wait for the next one!
